New female group fitness classes kicking off on Monday 10 July 2017 to start the 12 week winter body blitz.

This new 12 week program runs from Monday 10 July 2017 – Thursday 28 September 2017, with 1 hour sessions on Mondays & Thursdays 8.30am, 9.30am & 10.30am.

Sessions to be held at Galston Recreation Reserve, Galston Road, Galston.

Ladies of all ages and fitness levels can participate in fun exercise which gets the blood pumping, the heart rate up, improves cardiovascular fitness, all while toning and developing strength. Under the guidance and motivation of Michelle, ladies will have the opportunity to feel connected to a group who all aspire to reach the same goal, laughing while breaking a sweat.
