The A-Maze-In Mind Program is an online tool that equips young people with the knowledge and skills to help them cope with stress, anxiety, depression, existential questions and build resilience.
The program is delivered via an App that can be downloaded to any internet-enabled device and all resources can be accessed 24/7 for 12 months.
The resources include 6 e-books that have been created by an experienced and qualified counselor in consultation with young people. Monthly online workshops are held via a secure, interactive classroom platform and are on topics relevant to the e-book content or as requested by participants. In addition, regular posts are made to the app in the form of blogs, vlogs, infographics, videos and audio with additional resources tools and strategies for the young people to use when they need it.
