Each Group Sessions are never the same. Our trainers motivate you to do your best and get to know you so we know when you need that extra push.
Our yoga sessions invigorate the body and the mind and leave you feeling totally relaxed and with a sense of accomplishment allowing you to take on whatever the world has to throw at you.
Teen Fit! is a program operating after school and during school terms, providing fundamental skills on functional movements to aid coordination, flexibility, and strength. A great way to exercise if they’re not really into team sports. Our Coaches listen to the kids and allow them to have input into how the program evolves, ensuring they want to attend and not just there because they have to be!
The Change in Me Program is an 8-week lifestyle change program assisting with nutrition guidance, exercise, and accountability to assist in long-term sustainable changes. Yes, you will lose weight, how much is up to you!
meVSme is about community and a support network of like-minded persons from all abilities and backgrounds. We are proud of our family and would love for you to join us!

Highly recommend Sara, lovely, down to earth and makes you feel really comfortable. She easily adapts exercise for your level or any injuries you may have while still making it challenging.
Sara’s guidance in fitness is very inclusive and far from intimidating yet still motivating and effective. I have always struggled to commit to exercise my whole entire life but since my first trial with her, she shifted my view about it. Her friendly and inclusive approach enables me to gradually improve my fitness and adapt to a healthier lifestyle. It improves my stamina and I also feel better mentally. If you are interested in being healthier in a safe environment, go give yourself a trial at least and Im sure you will be hooked.
As a late starter to fitness training I couldn’t be happier with Sara, she is so welcoming to newcomers, and makes all sessions fun. She is able to tailor each session to every individuals needs, the very fit, and the slow and steady like me. She encourages you to work to your ability and changes up the program every time. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
Initially, I began doing Yoga with Sara for relaxation, body strength and to do something for me.
I immediately felt comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. Sara then encouraged me to try group fitness which I was very hesitant about. I lacked confidence and was time poor but Sara made it so easy and was so supportive. Sara has motivated and encouraged me and gives ongoing support and advice about fitness, well being and maintaining a healthy weight. She is so approachable, accomodating, fun and enthusiastic during sessions.
“The Change in me” program and attending the group fitness sessions have given me the tools and support I needed to strengthen my body, improve my fitness as well as loose those extra kilos I did not need. Sara does her best to be inclusive, supportive and fun.
Sara is excellent, love her motivation and sense of humour. Never a dull moment. 🙂
I have been attending Sara’s yoga classes for quite a while now, and more recently attending the group fitness classes. I completed the Change in Me program in July and it has changed my life. Sara has created such a supportive environment, and all classes are motivating and fun. I am now a fitter & healthier than I have ever been. I highly recommend.
I attend Sara’s group fitness sessions every week with my 2 year old son and we both love it and look forward to them. My son can play with the other kids and I can exercise without having to find someone to watch him. It’s the perfect dynamic for what I needed and the sessions have kept me fit and healthy at a time I thought it would be difficult to do so. I’ve been able to maintain my pre baby figure and have been having lots of fun at the group sessions as everyone is so lovely.
Sara is the best PT I’ve ever had. She supported me right through my pregnancy keeping my strength, helping me achieve fitness goals and be sure I could keep my tone and muscles engaged. She also offers yoga and a range of great classes. Lots of fun to connect with, plus lovely and local. Highly recommended.

Sara is amazing with her training. stop looking for a trainer Sara is your go to for all fitness and deit help. I’ve been seeing Sara for about 3yrs now for both personal sessions and her group fitness and love it. she created a personal training program for me that changes every 6 weeks or so taking into account what i like & dont like to challenge me. Her group sessions are always fun. highly recommend her
