ROLE: Marketing Specialist

 A leading medical device company is looking for an ambitious Marketing Specialist to join its team.

The successful candidate will assist with project managing and executing events, meetings, conferences and trade shows (both online and physical); and directly coordinate mailing lists and preparation, collation and distribution of materials, launch kits and promotional items.

As the ideal candidate you will need to possess and demonstrate:

  • A relevant qualification in Marketing (Certificate or higher)
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Marketing role
  • A proactive work ethic and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Exceptional planning and organisation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and EMS providers
  • Sound knowledge of traditional and digital marketing trends
  • Initiative and confident decision making skills
  • Knowledge of HTML and design and email software


We are looking for someone who can provide assistance in a variety of areas to ensure the smooth running of the marketing department; and collaborate with other marketing team members to support the implementation of a variety of marketing initiatives.

This is a part time position working approx. 22 hours per week. We are flexible and open to discuss how these hours are distributed throughout the week.
