Role: Book Keeper / Office Administration

Sandercoe Accounting provides tax, accounting, bookkeeping and business advisory to small business. Although we have a client base that covers a large variety of industries, we do also specialise in the medical industry. We are based in a small commercial building in Norwest with dedicated underground secure car parking.

We are looking for a full time Bookkeeper who will also undertake office administration. Proficient oral and written communication skills are a must as is someone who has strong organisational skills and an eye for accuracy.

You would be responsible for, yet not limited to;

  • Processing Payroll
  • Bank and General Ledger Reconciliations
  • Scanning as well as electronic and manual filing
  • Administration duties supporting our Principal and 4 senior accountants
  • Liaising with external businesses and government departments

Experience in book keeping and office administration as well as a sound knowledge of Xero is preferable but not essential. Your salary will be determined on your level of experience and will be reviewed on a regular basis.
