The Principal, Susan Middlebrook, would like to invite you, your family and friends to Tara’s next big upcoming event, the Tara Open Day on Saturday 9 March from 12pm until 3pm.

Visit the school for a rich and engaging program of events, talk with the students, teachers and the Principal, enjoy performances, view and participate in a tour. Come and experience the vibrancy and essence of Tara’s school community.

Tara is hosting a learning bazaar in the Gymnasium and this is a great place to start on the day. Families, parents, students and friends can to talk with teachers and co-curricular staff and visit the displays and activity stations in between tours. School and Boarding House tours will leave from the gymnasium as a central location with students and staff.

Learn more about Australia’s largest privately owned telescope of its kind and the Astronomy Centre, as shown to you by the Space Odyssey Team who collaborate with Oxford University, UK.

You can watch Tara girls perform throughout the afternoon with a showcase of dance, music and drama. Sport and performing arts are an integral part of life at Tara.

The Principal, Susan Middlebrook will also be hosting Q&A sessions for families in the Tara Theatre. Don’t forget to pick up a coffee from the Hospitality students and chat with the Tara Dads Club at the BBQ!
