
Propagation: How Plants Grow from a Seed
Get your hands dirty and discover the magic of growing! In this workshop, kids will learn about plant life cycles, seed germination, and propagation through simple, hands-on planting activities. Each child will plant their own native mint seed to take home and nurture.
For ages 5-12. There are two session – 9am to 9.45am and then 10am to 10.45am
Join us at our beautiful Discovery Centre at Highforest by Mirvac. There is plenty of free parking available and the Cumberland State Forest is located right next door for a picnic or wander afterwards, so make a morning of it!
- All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Bookings essential, spaces are limited.
- Please arrive 10mins prior to event start time.

Pay it Forward
Our school holiday program is FREE to attend, but if you’re able, we welcome donations from the Kids with Cancer Foundation hospital-approved list. These items will be delivered to the Kids with Cancer Foundation and included in Care Packs 4 Kids, bringing moments of joy to children undergoing cancer treatment in hospital.
