The Role

Working closely with the Principal and a supportive team, your role will involve:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters (parenting, property settlements, divorce, binding financial agreements).
  • Handling residential and commercial conveyancing and property transactions.
  • Providing clear, practical legal advice and representing clients in negotiations and court appearances.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior solicitors and paralegals.
  • Assisting in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

 

About You

We are looking for a motivated and capable lawyer who can hit the ground running. You will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years PAE, with strong experience in family law and property matters.
  • Sound technical knowledge and practical experience in both litigation and transactional matters.
  • Strong client service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to firm culture.
