The Role
Working closely with the Principal and a supportive team, your role will involve:
- Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters (parenting, property settlements, divorce, binding financial agreements).
- Handling residential and commercial conveyancing and property transactions.
- Providing clear, practical legal advice and representing clients in negotiations and court appearances.
- Mentoring and supporting junior solicitors and paralegals.
- Assisting in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and capable lawyer who can hit the ground running. You will have:
- A minimum of 5 years PAE, with strong experience in family law and property matters.
- Sound technical knowledge and practical experience in both litigation and transactional matters.
- Strong client service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to firm culture.
