Garden Care: Mowing, blowing, and trimming for villa-sized yards (I use my own premium tools).
Maintenance: Paver pressure washing (gurneying) and waist-level hedge trimming.
Styling: Decluttering and home styling - perfect for a refresh or "Open for Inspection" prep.
🚗 TRANSPORT & PETS
Safe Transport: Medical appointments or shopping runs in a premium, comfortable Audi A1.
Pet Care: Dog walking and sitting from an experienced "Labrador mum."
Companionship: Dedicated exercise/walking buddy for local ladies.

Rate: $80 per hour (GST inclusive).
Minimum Booking: 1 hour minimum applies to all visits (regardless of duration).
Technical Guarantee: A flat $40 fee applies if a tech issue cannot be fixed.
Payment: Required on the day of service via BSB transfer or PayID.
