Rainbow Children’s Entertainment was founded in 2017 by Jessica Bradley. Jessica graduated from the Regional Institute of Performing Arts with an Advanced Diploma of Arts (Acting) 2011. Prior to starting Rainbow Children’s Entertainment, Jessica toured Italy as a Theatre-in-Education performer and worked in the Australian childcare industry.
A party with Rainbow Children’s Entertainment is a magical and fun experience. We have party entertainment packages that can include a magic show designed for 2-8 years, bubbles, themed party games, dancing, face painting and/or balloon twisting. You can expect laughter and smiles throughout the interactive magic show, where children meet Hairy Harry, the sheepdog puppet, who to the audience’s delight, helps with the performing of magic tricks.
We also create unique party games to match your child’s interests and party theme. For example, if your child is having a pirate or mermaid entertain at their party and they have an ‘under the sea’ theme, then we can play a game with the rainbow parachute where a child is chosen to be a shark under the parachute. The Shark tries to ‘eat’ all the children who sit with outstretched legs under the parachute. Whilst another child, who is a lifeguard, runs around the outside of the parachute trying to save them.
If your event is going to be held indoors in a café, restaurant or at home we can play games that fit well with smaller spaces, such as Musical Mushrooms, Fairy Lavender says (Simon Says) or Musical Statues.
We also offer Disco Parties complete with a games facilitator, DJ, Lighting, PA system, speakers and headset microphone so the children can enjoy the music and atmosphere whilst hearing the games facilitator clearly. Balloon twisting can be added on to your disco party.
Our face painting is designed to create magical and adventurous designs that appeal to girls and boys and our balloon twisting designs are fast and classic or you can request to book an Advanced balloon twister who can twist an extensive range of designs.

Jessica has been wonderful for three of my children’s parties. She was so helpful in preparing for the events, flexible in working with what we wanted (even a Star Wars theme, as well as more usual mermaid and fairy themes) and clear in her communication.
The children loved the personalised face painting amd balloons, the cute magic show and the fun little games and she made the birthday child feel so special.
