ROLE: Accountant – Tax & Business Services

We are happy to work around school hours and are looking for someone to work Part-Time between 9am to 2:30pm, 4 days a week.
We are a family-owned boutique business with a very diverse client base located within Norwest Business Park. We have a great office with parking and facilities onsite and located within walking distance to the local shops and train station.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for;
• Preparation of Tax Returns for all entity types
• Preparation of Financials for all entity types
• Preparing Self-Managed Super Fund Returns
• Preparation and Lodgement of BAS/IAS/FBT.
• Review and assessment of client Bookkeeping records. • Tax Planning, Budgeting and Advice for clients
• Assist with Advisory and consulting work
• Liaise with the ATO and other regulatory bodies
• Participating in internal and external training programs
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

About You
• 3 years + experience working within a chartered environment
• University Degree Majoring in Accounting
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Trustworthy, reliable, loyal and adaptable
• Can use multiple Accounting Softwares such as MYOB/XERO/Quickbooks/Handisoft/SageOne
