The Hawksbury’s favourite annual Christmas celebration – Light Up Windsor Street Fair – returns on Saturday 3 December!

From 5pm to 9pm, Windsor Mall and George Street will burst to life with Christmas cheer, including dozens of market stalls, snow flurries, Christmas lights, free face painting, and roaming entertainment including illuminated hula hoopers and stilt walking elves. The main stage will provide hours of family entertainment including the best in local music and dance talent.

With more than 50 stalls offering Christmas decorations, homewares, pet gifts, handmade jewellery and more, plus many of the Windsor Mall shops open for trading, Light Up Windsor will be the perfect opportunity to find a perfect Christmas gift for your loved ones. Local cafes and restaurants will also be open, meaning you’ll also have plenty of options for a bite to eat.

Of course, there will be a very special visit during the evening from Santa and his special elf helper!

Council’s popular ‘Find a Reindeer’ competition will also make its return! Visit all the locations and deliver your passport to Council’s tent on the night to collect a special prize! Children can collect their passport from Monday, 21 November from the Visitor Information Centre at Clarendon, and collect their first ‘bonus’ stamp while they are there. The Visitor Information Centre is open every day from 9am – 4pm, including weekends. Passports can also be collected on the night from Council’s tent.

All passports that are completed at the street fair, including the bonus stamp from the Visitor Information Centre, go into a draw to win a special Hawkesbury family pack. Details on the prize will be announced soon, so follow Hawkesbury Events on Facebook and Instagram for details.
