ROLE: Administration Assistant, Part Time

This role provides you the opportunity to work in a boutique CA firm in the Hills District. You will be supported and guided to ensure you are a successful member of the business.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Part time position starting with 2 days per week, 4 hours per day with the possibility of increasing to 3 days per week for the right candidate
- Communicating with clients via email and phone
- Collecting and sorting mail
- Filing
- Maintaining staff amenities and stationery
- Other administrative duties as required.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE:
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to self-manage in a busy environment
- Reliable and positive
- Practical experience in an administrative role
- Intermediate level MS Office skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
