We’re looking for a Marketing Administrator to join our boutique team in North Sydney.
On-site | Part-time Contractor | Flexible Hours
Support campaigns, activations, and day-to-day marketing operations
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and our in-house creative team
Assist across admin, socials, and events to keep everything running smoothly

Design+Marketing (D+M) is a creative and digital agency with over 25 years of experience in property marketing. From shopping centres to residential and retirement communities, we specialise in brand, social, digital, websites, and campaign delivery that connects people and places
We’re a small, boutique team that values creativity, detail, and collaboration. Our North Sydney studio is just a 4-minute walk from the Metro and includes end-of-trip facilities like bike storage, showers, and lockers. What We’re Looking for
A highly organised, confident individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, with:
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., WordPress CMS, Adobe CC, Canva, MailChimp, Meta Business Suite) is highly regarded.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
