We’ve had our eye on the Instagram feed of this local cafe for some time now! We visited recently and had a delicious brunch at this lovely local cafe. And for the month of September they’re doing a free coffee with every eat in meal from the breakfast or lunch menu!

The Bella Local is a pretty little cafe on Lexington Drive in Norwest, close to Celebration Drive. We’re sure lots of local office workers are very familiar with it as they serve Little Marionette coffee and it’s great! They also have a delicious menu and a lovely little courtyard which would be a great spot for a peaceful lunch away from your desk. And for mums, this is a great option if you’ve got prams or if you’d like a little more room for your kids away from other patrons, meaning you can relax a bit. The courtyard is also pet friendly for those will furry companions who like to go out for breakfast, lunch or coffee!
There’s an all day breakfast menu as well as a lunch menu. We enjoyed the Vegetarian Goodness Bowl with poached eggs, baby spinach, grilled halloumi, truss tomatoes, avocado, krispy kale and pepitas. It was fresh, healthy and tasty. We also tested the breakfast burger which was scrumptious – the husband who loves an egg and bacon roll would certainly give this the thumbs up with the addition of avocado, halloumi and aoili. We need give a special mention to the maple bacon too as it took the burger to the next level. Wow!
From the breakfast menu we also liked the sound of the baked eggs, corn fritter stack, French toast and Eggs Benedict Croissant – whaaat?! Why haven’t we seen this match made in heaven before?
Lunch options include burgers such as Southern Fried Chicken, Grilled Chicken Caesar and Pulled Pork as well as a seasonal salad, steak sandwich, fish and chips, crispy chicken tacos, a pasta of the day and specials. So there really is something for everyone across the two menus!

If you’re popping in for morning or afternoon tea or need something to go, there’s a wide range of sweet and savoury over-the-counter options to grab. We couldn’t go past the peppermint crisp slice for a sweet afternoon treat! Yum.
Parking wise, there are a few spots out the front of the cafe that you may be lucky to nab, otherwise there’s a larger business park just opposite that has lots of spots. The owner Lina is lovely and is a local mum so be sure to say hi! And don’t forget about the free coffee offer for September – the perfect excuse to visit!
