Join Our Growing Air Conditioning Team Based in North Rocks!
We’re not just another air conditioning company. We’re a fast-growing, forward-moving team delivering projects and service work across NSW and ACT. With multiple contracts and an expanding footprint, we’re looking for proactive and organised Administration Assistants to join our operations team.
We have opportunities for both Junior and Mid-Level candidates. In either role, you’ll be vital in keeping our daily operations running smoothly, supporting both our Projects and Service teams alongside our Senior Administrator and Client Services Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- General administrative duties: data entry, filing, emails, and phone calls
- Assist with job scheduling and raising purchase orders
- Prepare and maintain job documentation
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal staff
- Support day-to-day office operations
Junior Role – You Might Be:
- Starting your career or switching industries
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Mid-Level Role – You’ll Ideally Have:
- Previous administration experience (trade or HVAC experience a plus)
- Confidence managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
For Both Roles:
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and email systems
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Based in North Rocks
- Hours are typically 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, but hours, flexibility, and pay are negotiable based on experience and the role you’re applying for
