CoWork Creche is revolutionising how working parents do childcare – a coworking space with an onsite crèche and childcare service designed to enable parents to meet their working goals but also remain close and available to their children.
CoWork Creche believes in providing a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment for children that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning and allows parents to book full or half day options which can be changed on a weekly basis depending on their working commitments.
With a location on the Northern Beaches already, the Hills location will open in mid-2024 and will be in the vicinity of Castle Hill.
After 8 years working in the legal industry as a solicitor, founder Melody Bouffler became a Mum to a beautiful baby boy.
“Upon returning to work part-time after 4 months of maternity leave, I struggled to juggle the demands of working from home for a busy family law practice and caring for my baby boy, but did not want to send him to daycare at such a young age and even if I did, it was almost impossible to find a centre with the flexibility I required for my work commitments.
I realised that this was an issue many of my clients also faced in their daily lives, recently separated parents with a reduced support system that needed to generate an income to support their children. These parents were unable to increase their working hours or return to the work force due to limited daycare availabilities.”
