ROLE: Property Manager – Boutique Agency | Outstanding Service Focus
At Kate Benjamin Property, we are a boutique agency with a clear focus delivering outstanding service and building long-term relationships with our landlords and tenants.
We’re looking for a passionate Property Manager to join our growing team and help continue that standard of excellence.
About the role
You’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio and be responsible for delivering a premium experience across all aspects of property management, including:
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Leasing and management of tenancies
- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Managing arrears and lease renewals
- Handling tenancy matters with professionalism and care
- Working closely with a supportive, collaborative team, assistance with inspections, very little accounts

About you
You will ideally hold:
- A NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Experience in residential property management (or strong foundations and the desire to step up)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
- The ability to work independently while being a strong team player
