Roles Available:
We are currently looking for all levels of Residential Property Management, including:
Entry-Level Property Managers: If you’re eager to learn and have a keen interest in real estate, we’ll provide the training and guidance you need to grow.
Experienced Property Managers: For those with a background in property management, we offer a dynamic environment where you can further hone your skills and make a significant impact.
Senior Property Managers: Lead and mentor others while overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners
- Conduct property inspections and arrange necessary repairs
- Handle tenant inquiries, leasing, and renewals
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws.
Requirements:
- Passion for real estate and property management
- Assistant Agent/Licence qualification or a willingness to obtain
- Reliable car and driver’s licence
- Previous experience (for senior roles) or a willingness to learn (for entry-level positions)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work on Saturdays (with one day off during the week)
