ROLE: Childcare – Nominated Supervisor / Director
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to positively interact with educators, children, families and the community each day
- Be People First
- Skill and passion to positively connect and lead a diverse group of people
- Highly organised
- Have a strong passion for working with children
- Ability to create a positive work environment where staff feel safe, supported, and comfortable
- Experience in understanding and utilising the NQF and EYLF on a daily basis
- Qualifications need to be at Least Diploma, Working towards an ECT or Willing to do an ECT Degree or ECT Qualified (Preferred).
ROLE: ChildCare – Diploma Room Leader
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to positively interact with educators, children, families and the community each day
- Be People First
- Skill to lead a group of educators in the room. Ready to take the leadership role.
- Organised
- Have a strong passion for working with children
- Experience in understanding and utilising the NQF and EYLF on a daily basis
- Qualifications need to be at Least Diploma, or Working towards an ECT and above.
