ROLE: Part Time Telemarketer (School Hours)
Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time telemarketer to join our team on a school hour basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and previous experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers and clients in order to promote our products and services.

What is HotLeads?
Morphability’s HotLeads program takes the stress of new business development away from organisations who either have less mature, owner-lead or non-existent Sales Teams. Our clients are traditionally IT Service Providers, our target companies are any organisation in markets where our clients operate. It is our job to find their match and introduce them!
So what will you be doing?
You will be building relationships with organisations in our HotLeads subscribers target markets until the point they are ready to engage. We then then introduce the clients we work with as the subject matter expert for their respective industry. They then sell the value of their business and away they go!
Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers and clients
- Introducing and promoting our products and services
- Providing information about products and services to potential customers
- Identifying sales opportunities and booking appointments for the sales team
- Recording all information accurately in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident, outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work part-time during school hours
