NATIONAL SEXUAL ASSAULT, DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE COUNSELLING SERVICE – 1800 737 732 (24 hours) or visit 1800respect.org.au If you have been affected by sexual assault, or domestic or family violence, call the National Sexual Assault, Domestic Family Violence Counselling Service.

KIDS HELPLINE – 1800 551 800 (24 hours) Kids Helpline is a free, 24 hour counselling service for young people aged 5-25 years.

LIFELINE – 13 11 14 (24 hours) Lifeline provides all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to online, phone and face-to-face crisis support and suicide prevention services.

BEYOND BLUE – 1300 22 4636 (24 hours) beyondblue is an independent, not-for-profit organisation working to increase awareness and understanding of anxiety and depression in Australia and to reduce the associated stigma. If you need to chat to a trained mental health professional call them any time, any day.

NATIONAL BREASTFEEDING HOTLINE – 1800 686 268 (24 hours) The Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) runs the National Breastfeeding Helpline 1800 mum 2 mum.

MOTHERSAFE – 9382 6539 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) MotherSafe provides a comprehensive counselling service for women and their healthcare providers concerned about exposures during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Such exposures may include prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, street drugs, infections, radiation and occupational exposures.
