ROLE: Receptionist & Office Manager

We’re looking for a customer focused, organised, and energetic Receptionist & Office Manager to be the face of our Parramatta office and the operational heartbeat of our business. In this role, you’ll create exceptional first impressions for clients, keep our office running smoothly, and provide high‑quality executive support to our CEO.

 

What you’ll do

  • Be the first point of contact—manage calls, welcome visitors, and ensure a professional, friendly front‑of‑house experience.
  • Coordinate meetings, office logistics, supplies, mail, and general maintenance across our Parramatta and Sydney offices.
  • Support the CEO with calendar management, travel coordination, correspondence, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Maintain high data accuracy in Xplan and HubSpot, manage the admin inbox, and ensure documents are filed correctly and promptly.
