Join Our Squad: World-Class Personal Trainer Wanted at Punch Love Women’s Fitness!

Who We’re Looking For:

Hey there, seasoned fitness pros! Are you passionate about making a real difference in women’s lives? Do you have a minimum of 2 years of PT experience under your belt? If you’re all about dedication, love, and top-notch leadership, we’ve got morning and evening shifts available across our Hills and Hawkesbury studios just for you!

The Role:

As a Punch Love Personal Trainer, you’re not just a coach; you’re an essential part of our ladies’ wellness journey. Your role will be instrumental in sharing the love, energy, and expertise that define Punch Love. You’ll be shaping lives, inspiring confidence, and building a community.

Key Performance Indicators:

Session Management

  • Execute programs and make them easy for our ladies to follow.
  • Be the queen of cues—your guidance keeps our sessions flowing smoothly.
  • Understand and work with injuries: Adjust programs to offer personalised options, so every woman can reach her goals safely and effectively, even when working around injuries.

Studio Management

  • Maintain a vibe—music on point, studio spotless!
  • Let’s not make cleaning a “thing,” but yes, you’ll need to vacuum and reset the space.

Client Relationships

  • Look sharp, wear our uniform, and own it.
  • Be the face of love—yes, we have “Love Messages” after sessions!

Interpersonal Skills

  • Communicate like you’re talking to your besties—but keep it professional too.
  • Motivate like a rockstar but treat each woman like the VIP she is.

Other

  • Get involved in team meetings, program design, and more.
  • Keep up-to-date on all things Punch Love through our Messenger Group.

Must-Haves:

  • Cert 3 & Cert 4 in Fitness or above.
  • Current Senior First Aid Certification.
