ROLE: Team Administrator

REES Sports Lighting is an industry leader in the design and installation of sportsfield floodlighting for many of Australia’s leading construction brands and Government organisations. We are a medium-sized company with teams throughout Sydney, the Central Coast and Victoria and a Head Office located in Hornsby, NSW.

The Role:

The Team Administrator is a varied and pivotal role within the company, providing administrative and organisational support to both employees and clients. This role will see you managing the calendars and bookings for our team of maintenance electricians, liaising with external stakeholders via phone and email, maintaining the job management system, providing administrative support to our Human Resources Manager, booking vehicles and plant in for maintenance and repair works, ordering and managing supplies for the office and uniforms/ equipment for employees, as well as preparing various documents and reports using MS Word and Excel.

About You:

  • 1-3 years previous experience in an administration based role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word
  • A team player with excellent organisational skills
  • Responsible, professional and a strong work ethic
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to work well independently
  • Excellent attention to detail with a pro-active approach to work activities
  • Experience using AroFlo software is highly regarded (but not essential)

 

You will be joining a friendly, supportive and experienced team who are dedicated to achieving excellent outcomes for our clients. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Head Office at Hornsby, working 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. We are offering a competitive salary and an immediate start is available.
