To celebrate their first birthday, Sabél Studios will open its doors on Saturday 16 May for a full day of movement, connection and giving back.
From 7:00am to 8:00pm., the community will come together to raise funds for women and children affected by domestic violence.
All classes will be complimentary on the day, with a donation required to attend. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference.
Guests are invited to move through the day at their own pace – joining a Pilates class, jumping on the row erg, making a donation, or simply coming in to enjoy the atmosphere.
There will be refreshments, treats, and support from generous local brands and businesses, before the day concludes with an afterparty to celebrate this milestone.
To take part, guests are encouraged to register their attendance and make a donation, with further details provided in the registration form.
