Savour the Flavour is back in 2025 with a generous helping of country flair! Celebrating the region’s past and present as the food bowl of Sydney, Savour the Flavour will showcase the food and beverages made right here in the Hawkesbury. Save the date, get your pink outfits and dancin’ boots ready and be at Richmond Oval on Saturday 18 October from 4pm to 9pm!
Sample and purchase delicious food, produce and beverages from local farmers, primary producers and businesses from 50 amazing stalls – the most ever! There’ll also be cooking demonstrations, live band entertainment, roving entertainers including Phat Brass, carnival rides, giveaways, free face painting and kids workshops, and so much more!
Work up an appetite with the boot scooting workshops – great practice for what’s coming as the sun goes down! Current The Voice contest James Van Cooper will infuse the evening with country rock with his band The Jimmys. Get up and dance or sit back with a tasty treat or a cold beverage prepared by the bumper line up of market stalls in the beautiful surrounds of Richmond Oval.
The hotly-contested apple pie-eating competition will also make its triumphant return. Test your taste buds and your stomach for your chance to take the 2025 crown! There will also be prizes for best-dressed so go all-out and embrace your passion for pink!
Parking is available at Hawkesbury Showground, Richmond Marketplace and around the town centre.
Please keep your dogs safe and leave them at home – they will not be allowed entry to the event.
