Families have a fantastic new destination to explore with the reopening of Somerville Park, Eastwood, following a $4.7 million transformation.

Located just minutes from Epping Station, the revitalised park has been designed as a space for all ages to play, exercise and connect.

The standout feature is multi-tower playground, which is an impressive climbing structure packed with bridges, slides and adventure play that will keep older children entertained while still offering plenty for younger visitors.  There are also puzzle play boards, swings including a toddler swing and nest swing, mini slides as well as rock climbing and imaginative play elements.

 

Older kids will enjoy the new multipurpose half court, perfect for shooting hoops, along with two outdoor fitness stations.
