Sydney Hills Gymnastics is a welcoming, family-focused gymnastics club offering programs for children from 6 months through to teens. With purpose-built facilities at Castle Hill and Bella Vista, we provide a safe, supportive environment where children can move, grow, and thrive.
Our Programs Include:
Playgroup & Preschool Gymnastics (6 months – 5 years)
Our popular Playgroup and Early Learning programs help little ones build confidence, coordination and social skills through guided play, music and movement. Perfect for toddlers and preschoolers to explore gymnastics in a fun and nurturing space.
Recreational Gymnastics (School-Age Programs)
From beginners to more experienced gymnasts, our recreational classes focus on building strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence. We proudly offer inclusive programs, including special needs classes and homeschooling classes, all in a supportive environment where children have fun learning gymnastics and making friends.
Adult Gymnastics and Tricking
Our adult gymnastics and tricking classes offer a supportive and fun way to stay fit and challenge yourself. Build strength, coordination and confidence. Free trials available.
Competitive Gymnastics
We proudly offer competitive pathways across Men’s Artistic Gymnastics, Women’s Artistic Gymnastics and Acrobatic Gymnastics. Our structured programs are designed for athletes who love teamwork and demonstrate strong potential, including good strength, flexibility and coordination, with experienced coaches guiding gymnasts from foundational levels through to higher-level competition.
