Now we’re looking for a savvy, detail-loving Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller to join our friendly team and help keep the cash flowing (and the stress levels low).

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping on top of outstanding invoices and chasing payments—always with a polite, professional approach
- Building strong relationships with our happy and loyal customers
- Reviewing credit applications, setting sensible credit limits, and managing risk without losing the human touch
- Troubleshooting invoice issues and working closely with our sales, customer service and compliance teams to sort things out
- Receipting customer payments
- Preparing debtor reports, staying organised, and helping keep our finances in tip-top shape
- Supporting month-end and audit processes when they roll around.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A few years’ experience in accounts receivable, credit control or similar (bonus points if you’ve worked in wholesale, medical, or a family-run business)
- Great communication skills—you’re confident on the phone and can have tricky conversations without losing your cool
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay on top of multiple accounts
- You know your way around accounting software and Excel (we won’t quiz you)
- You’re proactive, organised, and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed.
