About Team Medical:

We’re a proudly family-owned Australian medical wholesale business that’s been supplying GPs, medical centres, pharmacies, day surgeries and many more across the country with top-quality products for years—and we’re growing!

Now we’re looking for a savvy, detail-loving Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller to join our friendly team and help keep the cash flowing (and the stress levels low).

Our values: Everyone Matters, Quality, Fun, We Make It Happen, Social Impact

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • We’re a family business, and we treat our team like family too
  • No corporate jargon, no suits—a friendly, down-to-earth environment where your work matters
  • Competitive salary + super + a few perks up our sleeve
  • Work-life balance—we know you’ve got a life outside of work
  • Plenty of support, and a team that genuinely has your back.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keeping on top of outstanding invoices and chasing payments—always with a polite, professional approach
  • Building strong relationships with our happy and loyal customers
  • Reviewing credit applications, setting sensible credit limits, and managing risk without losing the human touch
  • Troubleshooting invoice issues and working closely with our sales, customer service and compliance teams to sort things out
  • Receipting customer payments
  • Preparing debtor reports, staying organised, and helping keep our finances in tip-top shape
  • Supporting month-end and audit processes when they roll around.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A few years’ experience in accounts receivable, credit control or similar (bonus points if you’ve worked in wholesale, medical, or a family-run business)
  • Great communication skills—you’re confident on the phone and can have tricky conversations without losing your cool
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay on top of multiple accounts
  • You know your way around accounting software and Excel (we won’t quiz you)
  • You’re proactive, organised, and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed.
