ROLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / OFFICE MANAGER  

PART-TIME

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and hard-working administrative assistant/ office manager to join our team here at Terry White Chemmart Stanhope Gardens on a part-time basis.

Stanhope Gardens is located in between Castle Hill and Blacktown, near the M2.

About the Role: 

We are a busy pharmacy looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to assist in the smooth running of the back office functions of the Pharmacy.

This position will be between 20 – 30 hours per week with days and hours negotiable.

Ideally we would love someone with Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Accounts and cash handling experience, be a problem solver,  be confident in managing and creating content for our social media platforms and is a great communicator.

In addition, any experience in HR administration & payroll would be highly regarded.

 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Banking – reconciling, data entry
  • Opening and actioning mail and emails
  • Produce monthly management reports
  • Provide information to accountant and bookkeeper
  • Send monthly account statements and chase up payments
  • Reconcile claims and accounts
  • Organise and monitor booking system for health services
  • Scanning and organising paperwork and files
  • Oversee and post content for marketing channels
  • General admin work as required
  • Organise and tidy office area
  • Payroll
  • Rosters and timesheets
  • New staff onboarding
  • Wage traineeship claims
