ROLE: Part Time Service Coordinator

Trescal is the global independent expert in calibration services. Each year, companies active in the aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, electronics and telecommunication sectors entrust Trescal with their calibration needs.

Trescal is seeking a part time (20hrs per week) Service Coordinator, based in Castle Hill, who will be the first point of contact for all client enquiries relating to service, allocation of technicians and end to end follow up.

Responsibilities include:

  • Schedule customer equipment for testing both internal and outsourced
  • Customer service follow up with status of tested/repaired items
  • Proactive scheduling of a small team of service technicians
  • Providing cost estimates to new and existing clients
  • Responding to client enquiries (phone/email)

 

Experience required:

  • High-level customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Coordination of a small team of field technicians using various software tools (database, calendar, etc)
  • Excellent phone manner and good computer skills
  • High-level organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with internal and external customers

 

Preferably the hours will be 5 x 4hr days, but some flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
