We have opportunities for outstanding individuals to join our team! Full time and Part Time positions available in our Blacktown and Hornsby locations. A willingness to travel to other locations will be required. You will also need to be able to cover holidays and sick leave at short notice.
About the role
As a member of our Wellbeing Chiropractic team, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the smooth running of the clinic.
- Communication: Answer calls for your clinic location and assist with calls for other clinics as needed.
- Patient Interaction: Welcome patients and ensure a positive experience.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Correspondence: Respond to emails and messages promptly.
- Payment Processing: Accurately process payments and health fund claims using the HICAPS Trinity terminal.
- Procedure Adherence: Follow established procedures to ensure consistent and high quality service.
- Technical Assistance: Assist Chiropractors with X-Ray processes and Posture Scans.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
- Team Support: Support chiropractors, other allied health professionals, and administrative and management staff.
- Training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared for all aspects of the role.
About you
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Confidentiality: The ability to handle sensitive patient information with utmost discretion.
- Multitasking Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure without compromising accuracy.
- Interest in Health Services: A genuine interest in chiropractic and allied health services.
- Excellent Communication: Well-spoken with an exceptional phone manner.
- Warm and Friendly Demeanor: Create a welcoming environment for both staff and patients.
- Positive Attitude: A motivated, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Willingness to Learn: Open to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service Experience: At least 3 years of experience in customer service or reception roles.
- Flexibility: Available to work Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. Must be able to work afternoon and evening shifts up to 7:30 pm.
- Tech Savvy: Competent with computer systems and wiliness to learn new technologies.
- Effective Communication: Able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Our ideal candidate is ambitious and seeks to advance into a senior Chiropractic Assistant and/or 2IC role. They should possess a proactive mindset, a strong willingness to take on additional responsibilities, and the ability to embrace challenges within the position.
