ROLE: Chiropractic Assistant – Permanent Part‑Time (Hills District)

Do you love connecting with people and creating a welcoming environment? We’re looking for a caring and proactive Chiropractic Assistant to join our Wellbeing Chiropractic team in the Hills District.

This role is perfect for someone who:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting patients and ensuring they feel welcome
  • Managing appointments and phone enquiries
  • Assisting chiropractors with X‑Rays and posture scans (training provided)
  • Processing payments and health fund claims
  • Supporting the smooth daily running of the clinic
  • Helping across nearby Hills District clinics when needed

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years administration experience
  • Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar)
  • Experience with Microsoft applications
  • Appointment booking or scheduling experience (not essential, but helpful)
  • Great time management and the ability to multitask
  • An excellent phone manner and clear communication skills
  • Confidence working both independently and, in a team
  • A proactive, outgoing attitude and the ability to work under pressure
  • A driver’s license and car, with flexibility to travel between Hills District and surrounding clinics if needed.
  • A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • A well‑presented, warm, and approachable manner
  • Availability for Monday & Tuesday evenings until 7.30pm plus additional shifts (including some Saturdays). Our clinics are open Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm and 8am – 12pm Saturdays.
