ROLE: Chiropractic Assistant – Permanent Part‑Time (Hills District)
Do you love connecting with people and creating a welcoming environment? We’re looking for a caring and proactive Chiropractic Assistant to join our Wellbeing Chiropractic team in the Hills District.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting patients and ensuring they feel welcome
- Managing appointments and phone enquiries
- Assisting chiropractors with X‑Rays and posture scans (training provided)
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Supporting the smooth daily running of the clinic
- Helping across nearby Hills District clinics when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years administration experience
- Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar)
- Experience with Microsoft applications
- Appointment booking or scheduling experience (not essential, but helpful)
- Great time management and the ability to multitask
- An excellent phone manner and clear communication skills
- Confidence working both independently and, in a team
- A proactive, outgoing attitude and the ability to work under pressure
- A driver’s license and car, with flexibility to travel between Hills District and surrounding clinics if needed.
- A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- A well‑presented, warm, and approachable manner
- Availability for Monday & Tuesday evenings until 7.30pm plus additional shifts (including some Saturdays). Our clinics are open Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm and 8am – 12pm Saturdays.
