ROLE: Part Time Accounts Assistant
Join a team that makes a real difference in our community! We provide quality in-home community care and we need someone to join our Windsor office to help us during a busy period to March 2026 (25hrs per week). In this position you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager, with the role primarily focused on Accounts Receivable and assisting with Payroll.
What is Involved?
Accounts Receivable tasks include:
- Recording and applying customer payments
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Following up on outstanding balances to ensure timely payments.
Payroll responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the end-to-end weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees.
- Ensuring accurate processing of timesheets
- Compliance with requirements under the SCHADS Award and timely payments.
The successful applicant will ideally be;
- A confident communicator with high level written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reconciliation work
- Have experience with MYOB Acumatica
- Willing to obtain a Worker Compliance Check (NDIS Worker Screening Check)
- Have permanent Work Rights in Australia
Experience with the SCHADs award including applying shift penalties, sleepovers, broken shifts, travel time and overtime would be an advantage.
