IN2Life Personal Training is for women at all stages of life & motherhood. A mother of two boys, Sarah started IN2LifePT over 15 years ago wanting women to feel strong & healthy from the inside out. She does this by providing safe & effective exercises to help post natal abdominal separation & pelvic floor. Sarah is a qualified and insured MumSafe trainer. Her 1:1 & women’s group fitness sessions include a variety of cardio, resistance and core stability exercises helping our clients to improve tone, strength & fitness. She have also launched The Mum Movement Hub in collaboration with 6 other MumSafe trainers providing daily live online classes clients can do from the comfort of their own homes. She is passionate about helping women step IN2 a new life of strength and confidence in a supportive fitness community. She understands that it takes time and support to strengthen our bodies after pregnancy from the inside out and continue that support at whatever stage of life you may be at.

I started working out with Sarah in Dec 2019, three classes a week. It’s a great balance for the other fitness work I do during the week, and I love how strong my body feels and looks as a result. Sarah switches the classes up, so each session has a different focus (arms/ legs/ back/ abs) and is able to alter activities to meet individual’s fitness levels and/or injuries. A great communicator and motivator, Sarah makes everyone feel welcome.
