At Off the Mat Living our mission is to share the positive transformative effects that yoga and mindfulness bring to daily life. We offer yoga classes for kids, teens and adults and cater to all abilities, recognizing that each individual has their own yoga path to follow.

We offer in-studio kids & teens yoga classes in Baulkham Hills, as well as on site mindfulness programs for schools, pre-schools and offices. Private classes are available upon request
