In this not to be missed day of home-cooking, you’ll learn plenty of tips and tricks, including how to make some of Matt’s favourite dishes using local Western Sydney Parklands’ produce from Horsley Park urban farms. You can also livestream for a masterclass in food waste when OzHarvest’s executive chef Travis Harvey joins Matt to create a delicious meal out of food scraps.
