Try new flavours at pop-up bars and food stalls, follow the rhythms of music and find fascinating art installations scattered throughout the laneways. This year features more than 120 musical acts, over 40 food stalls and 3 giant artworks.

The Hawkesbury’s newest taste sensation is back! Savour the Flavour Hawkesbury, Council’s huge food and beverage event, is set for Saturday 14 October from 4pm to 9pm at Richmond Park, Richmond. Everyone is invited to this special FREE event that will celebrate the Hawkesbury’s role as Syndey’s food bowl. A delicious line up of stalls will have food, produce and beverages to sample and buy – including fresh produce, apple pies, fresh and barbecued meats, pizza, bush tucker, honey, desserts, organic food, jams, juices, alcoholic beverages and more.
There will also be live cooking demonstrations and entertainment, facepainting, outdoor lawn games, rides, Leonardo da Vino workshops and interactive kids’ workshops.

Getting to Richmond is easy. It’s a 90 minute train ride from the Sydney CBD. It’s also close to the Richmond Road M7 turnoff. Parking is available at Hawkesbury Showground, Richmond Marketplace and around the town centre. Peppercorn Services also will be offering those needing accessible transport, a shuttle bus service from the Hawkesbury Showground to Richmond Park.

Dural Country Club have got an incredible day of family fun planned on Sunday 15 October from 11am.
There’s FREE entry, plenty of parking and a load of free activities including a petting zoo, Gelato Messina, face painting, balloon twisting, a jumping castle, live music and much more!

Blacktown City Council will be holding their annual Pet Festival on Sunday 15 October at Blacktown Animal Rehoming Centre.
Between 10am and 2pm they will keep you and your pets entertained with an amazing line up of activities including:

- face painting
- pony rides
- pet caricatures
- reptile displays
- dog obedience demonstration.
