We do this by providing safe & effective exercises to help post natal abdominal separation & pelvic floor. Our 1:1 & women’s group fitness sessions include a variety of cardio,resistance and core stability exercises helping our clients to improve tone, strength & fitness. We are passionate about helping women step IN2 a new life of strength and confidence through fitness & community.
