My name is Romana and I started Bala Yoga to create an inclusive and relaxing environment, helping students find calm and balance while growing as both yoga practitioners and human beings.
My mission is to cultivate self-belief in children through the practice of yoga. By providing them with tools to empower them to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, inner calm and strength.
