IN2Life Personal Training is for women at all stages of life & motherhood. A mother of two boys, Sarah started IN2LifePT over 11 years ago wanting women to feel strong & healthy from the inside out. We do this by providing safe & effective exercises to help post natal abdominal separation & pelvic floor. Our 1:1 & women’s group fitness sessions include a variety of cardio,resistance and core stability exercises helping our clients to improve tone, strength & fitness. We are passionate about helping women step IN2 a new life of strength and confidence through fitness & community. We understand that it takes time and support to strengthen our bodies after pregnancy from the inside out.
