Myotherapy is a branch of evidence-based healthcare involving the specialised application of a range of physical modalities to effectively assess, treat, and prevent muscular conditions that cause myofascial pain, injury, and dysfunction. Myotherapy aims to improve, restore, and maintain the normal integrity of the soft tissues of the body; increasing muscular strength, range of movement, flexibility, and reducing muscular pain.

My name is Romana and I started Bala Yoga to create an inclusive and relaxing environment, helping students find calm and balance while growing as both yoga practitioners and human beings.

My mission is to cultivate self-belief in children through the practice of yoga. By providing them with tools to empower them to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, inner calm and strength. Through yoga, children can develop the skills needed to cope with stress and thrive in all aspects of life.

Kids yoga classes in Term 3, 2024:
- every Thursday 4-5 pm at Hills Yoga studio at Castle Hill for primary school kids aged 7-12.

We offer interactive piano programs for children aged 3 and above, using fun and engaging teaching methods supported by interactive learning apps to spark interest and build a strong musical foundation. Our classes are available in Castle Hill, Rouse Hill Town Centre, and Hornsby.

First Steps Safe Steps is a comprehensive baby safety and education service.
