Celebrate as a community at the Streets Alive and Parade Day in the Blacktown CBD. It’s the city’s biggest community festival of the year.
Music, colour, food, dance, and entertainment will take over the streets for everyone to enjoy in addition to free amusement rides, arts and crafts, and market stalls. There will also be free activities like: henna tattoos, petting zoo, lawn games, superheroes, stilt-walkers, roving performers, and wrestling.
The street parade will travel through the CBD at 11am, showcasing Blacktown’s multiculturalism, history, emergency services and local groups. Come along, show support, and engage with other members of our wonderful Blacktown City community.

Step through a glowing portal and be transported into a world of stunning NEW lights and interactive moments at Sydney’s wildest light festival. You will walk under a sky shimmering with stars, follow paw prints, spot clues in the lights, play with projections, and gaze at the towering full moon. Watch the zoo come alive in an unforgettable display of light, sound, and motion – fun for all ages.
Stop by the crackling campfire and grab a tasty bite, then enjoy more sweet treats and drinks along your journey. Head to the GLOW Zone for thrills and non-stop fun – open to all guests, with or without a GLOW ticket.
