Paper Planet at PHIVE. From Saturday 28 September.
Enter the captivating and ever-growing Paper Planet. Explore the gigantic cardboard forest and make it grow using paper, sticky tape and your imagination! Saturday 28 September – Saturday 5 October at PHIVE in Parramatta.
Explore this strange and delicate space where theatre and play merge, where creatures, plants, costumes, characters and adventures spring to life.
Paper Planet changes as more families visit, and every session is truly unique as imaginations go wild. It’s sure to delight the whole family.

- Live Music & Entertainment: Experience the sounds of a traditional German 5-piece band

2024 Blacktown City Pet Festival. Sunday 29 September. 10am to 2pm.
The Pet Festival is an initiative of the Blacktown Animal Re-homing Centre and is a celebration of pets of all shapes and sizes. Gather the family, pets included and join them to celebrate your ‘pet pride’! There will be pet stalls and displays, food trucks and plenty of free activities this is an event you wont want to miss. A Taste of Wisemans – Orange Blossom Festival. Sunday 29 September. 10am to 3pm.
A Taste of Wisemans celebrates the best food, wine and produce from local businesses in the rural north of the Shire and along the Hawkesbury River.
This new event will be a foodie’s heaven, with local producers, wineries, distilleries, and food vendors offering an outstanding array of choices within the stunning surroundings of Wisemans Ferry Park. Things to do:
