My name is Romana and I started Bala Yoga to create an inclusive and relaxing environment, helping students find calm and balance while growing as both yoga practitioners and human beings.

My mission is to cultivate self-belief in children through the practice of yoga. By providing them with tools to empower them to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, inner calm and strength. Through yoga, children can develop the skills needed to cope with stress and thrive in all aspects of life.

Montessori Academy’s Castle Hill Childcare and Preschool is located at 230 Old Northern Road, Castle Hill, Sydney. It offers long daycare for children aged six weeks to six years, with an allergy-aware and sun-safe environment.
