Hi I'm Becky your local Rouse Hill and surrounding areas MumSafeTM Trainer.
My aim is to help busy women and mums feel strong and energised from the inside out. Focusing on creating and inclusive community of likeminded women who want to take care of their mind and body.
This is for you if;
- You’re not sure where to start and need motivation to prioritise your health
- You’re nervous about getting back into exercise after having a baby or it has been a while
- Your keen to exercise outdoors and love the idea of being in the park
- You have children (of any age), are pregnant, or even a fur baby mum

Our outdoor sessions are capped at 10-12 per session which is great for getting to know each other AND ensuring you still get the 1on1 support you need while in a group environment.
Where: Sessions held in the beautiful fresh air at Hills Centenary Park corner of Commercial & Withers Road.
Length of sessions: 30 - 45 minutes depending on the class
Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
