In the chaos, we open our arms and welcome that brief hug. Sometimes it lingers and other times we steal them but they are warmth to our soul. They fill our cups. Our classes for Petite Performers are aimed at PRE-SCHOOL aged students from 2 – 6 years. Incorporating the use of fun and colourful props classes are entertaining and energetic. We aim to teach children the fundamentals of song and dance whilst exploring their creative side and building confidence, awareness, balance and imagination.

Our offerings include a diverse range of modalities—Hatha Yoga for balance and alignment, Vinyasa Yoga for dynamic flow and vitality, Yin Yoga for deep stillness, inner awareness, and connective tissue release, Restorative Yoga for deep relaxation and renewal, and Sound Healing to harmonize the body’s energy and promote emotional clarity. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support physical health, mental wellbeing, and spiritual growth.
